Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey has all the elements for great family fun. Super thrill rides, great food, ample shopping, live shows and more! For the thrill ride enthusiasts, strap into a flying chair on the Medusa roller coaster, or take a white knuckled journey into a new stratosphere aboard the Nitro. Other equally exciting rides include the Viper, the Great American Scream Machine and the Rolling Thunder.
For fun for the whole family, Bugs Bunny Land is a six-acre, interactive wonderland featuring 16 rides and attractions that will provide a real thrill for kids and adults alike. It’s the home of legendary Looney Tunes characters such as Daffy Duck, Tweety, Yosemite Sam, Sylvester, Foghorn Leghorn and America's favorite rabbit, Bugs Bunny!
Families can also enjoy Six Flags Wild Safari, it is the world's largest drive-thru Safari outside Africa. As you travel through the 350-acre preserve, you'll encounter more than 1,200 animals from six continents roaming freely. Get up close to zebras, elephants, rhinos, and tigers on your 4.5-mile voyage.
Six Flags Great Adventure and Wild Safari are conveniently located between New York City and Philadelphia, approximately 1/2 hour from the Jersey Shore. The park is open April through October with varying operating hours and days.
