Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pre-select my airline seat when making my reservation?
On those flights that the airlines allow pre-assignment of seats (most shuttle flights and/or smaller planes do not allow pre-assignment), our flight system lets you make a request. The request is transmitted to the airline who will do their best to fulfill it. They do not provide actual seat assignments to us to return to you. To review seats, you must call the airline directly using the number provided on your emailed itinerary. Seat requests via TravelHero MUST be done at the time of initial reservation, they cannot be done retroactively. To obtain seats on already reserved flights, you will have to call the airline yourself.
