How can I cancel a rental car reservation made on your site?
    Cancellations are done on the site directly by the customer. To cancel, click on the "My Account" link in the blue bar at the top of any webpage. Then click on the "Cancel or View Car Reservation" link. Follow the prompts to cancel a reservation. You can cancel car reservations anytime since most of them do not require a credit card guarantee. Specialty cars and some overseas rentals do require a credit card guarantee. In this case, cancellations usually require at least one-week advance notification. The specific information will be given you when you make the original reservation.
