When we send an email asking you to update your postal address, it means the submitted address does not match your credit card billing address. The addresses must match so we can process your vacation charge. If you do not submit a correct address, your vacation will be canceled. Call us anytime at 800-593-0115 and tell us the correct address, your name, and your confirmation number. |
