I requested a non-smoking room but when I got there and opened the door to the room, you could smell the smoke. Front desk admitted they messed up my reservation but I would have to wait for a manager and he was unsure how long I would have to wait (possibly hours). Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable. I made reservations elsewhere because I am allergic to smoke. Unacceptable customer service.
