The hotel is close to the universities and the public transportation. It is a charming old building. The rooms are clean and I felt safe. The hotel needs to update the rooms with better carpet, furniture, towels, lighting, and decor. Some things done like the style of trash can and the sanitary statement in the bathroom gives it a motel feel instead of a hotel feel.
