Overall I was comfortable. However, there were a few minor negatives: The pool looked cloudy, breakfast was uninspired, there was a ripped chair and noisy air purifiers in our room. We had water on the floor after almost every shower (the design made it hard to keep water in the shower). Also, there was shoddy landscaping--the staff literally butchered the shrubbery. Given these considerations, I feel it was too expensive.
